Lemon Tarts
Lemon Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat until smooth. Line cupcake pan with cupcake papers.
Put vanilla wafers in bottom of each cupcake paper.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes. Cool, then add pie filling.
Store in refrigerator.
