Lemon Squares
Lemon Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or oleo, melted, 1 egg, 1 box lemon cake mix with pudding in the mix, 1 c. chopped pecans and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix butter, egg, lemon cake mix and 1 cup of chopped pecans. Mix well, then pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a large bowl, beat together until creamy cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Pour over crust and bake at 350Β° until brown.
Cool, then cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
