Lemon Sponge Pie

Cream, margarine and sugar with pastry blender.
Add egg yolks flour, juice and rind.
Add milk and mix again.
Fold in egg whites that have been beaten stiff.
Put into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then 350° for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
