Lemon Snowflakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding, 2 1/4 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed, 1 egg and confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. Beat on medium speed until blended.
Batter will be very sticky. Drop teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar; roll lightly to coat.
On ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
Yields 5 to 6 dozen.
