Lemon Sherbet Mold
Lemon Sherbet Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 pt. lemon sherbet, 1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add sherbet, one tablespoon at a time, so it melts as it is added.
Add the pineapple and juice. Chill until slightly set. Fold in the cottage cheese and pour mixture into a mold. Let set.
