Lemon Salad

Made with 2 boxes lemon jell-o, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 small cans crushed pineapple in own juice, 1/2 to 1 c. broken english walnuts and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
Let cool, then add crushed pineapple with juice.
Stir in nuts and cottage cheese.
Fold in Cool Whip.
