Lemon Salad
Lemon Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon pie filling, cooked, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello and 1 c. whipping cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook pudding according to package.
Cook jello using only 1 1/2 cups hot water.
Can add 1 teaspoon Knox gelatin with dry jello before adding hot water. When pudding and jello are cooled, whip cream until peaks form. Mix pudding and jello together.
Then fold in whipped cream until well mixed. Crushed pineapple can be added.
Can also be put in a jello mold. Any flavor jello and pudding can be used.
