Lemon Raspberry Muffins

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients stirring just until moistened.
Place paper baking cups in muffin pans and coat with cooking spray.
Spoon batter into paper cups filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 425Β° 20 to 22 minutes. Remove from pans immediately.
Makes 36 mini muffins.
