Lemon Pudding Dessert
Lemon Pudding Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cold butter, 2 c. flour, 1 c. powdered sugar, 3 c. cold milk and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a bowl, cut butter into flour until crumbly.
Press into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 22 minutes.
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip.
Spread this over cooled crust.
In mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low speed for 2 minutes.
Carefully spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. (Can use any kind of pudding.)
