Lemon Pudding Cake
Lemon Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (1 lemon) and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together flour, sugar and salt.
Stir in lemon rind, juice, well beaten egg yolks and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole or 6 custard cups.
Set in pan of water (1-inch deep).
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350Β°. Serve warm or cold.
Good with whipped cream.
