Lemon Pudding Cake
Lemon Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel, 3 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar and flour.
Stir in lemon peel, juice and margarine.
Combine yolks and milk.
Add to flour mixture; stir until all combined.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into lemon batter.
Transfer batter to a 1-quart casserole dish.
Place on oven rack in a larger pan.
Add hot water to oven pan 1-inch deep.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 40 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm!
