Lemon Pudding
Lemon Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream margarine; flour and 3/4 of the sugar; blend well.
Add the beaten egg yolks and mix well.
Add the milk, lemon juice and rind.
Beat the remaining sugar into the stiffly beaten whites and fold them into the first mixture. Pour into greased custard cups and place in a pan of hot water.
Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Cool; unmold and serve with your favorite lemon sauce.
