Lemon Pound Cake
Lemon Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. hot water, 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 3/4 c. wesson oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and set aside to cool.
Place cake mix in bowl.
Add cooled Jell-O, eggs, oil and flavoring.
Beat until well mixed.
Line tube pan with wax paper, bottom only. Grease and dust with flour.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325Β°. Remove from pan at once.
Glaze while hot.
