Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins
Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines lemon cake mix, 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding mix, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together, blending until all ingredients are mixed.
Line muffin tins with paper liners or spray tins with Pam.
Spoon mixture into muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 48 miniature muffins or 18 to 20 regular size.
