Lemon-Poppy Seed Loaf
Lemon-Poppy Seed Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lemon cake mix, 1 (3 oz.) instant lemon pudding and pie filling, 1 c. hot water, 1/2 c. crisco oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour 1/2 full into 5 baby loaf pans (5 3/4 x 3 1/4 x 2 inch).
Bake at 350Β° for 40-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and pierce holes in top of loaves using toothpick.
Just before loaves are removed from oven, cook glaze.
