Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
Lemon Poppy Seed Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18.5 oz. 97% fat-free yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. water and 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine cake mix and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add vegetable oil and add water, yogurt and juice.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 6 minutes.
Stir in poppy seed. Pour into 10-cup Bundt pan coated with cooking oil.
Bake until stick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove and drizzle with lemon glaze or confectioners sugar.
