Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
Lemon Poppy Seed Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. low-fat yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. water and 1 c. egg substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cake mix and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, water, yogurt, egg substitute and lemon juice. Beat at medium speed for 6 minutes. Stir in poppy seed.
Spray Bundt pan with Baker's Joy or Pam.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Remove from pan and drizzle with Lemon Glaze.
