Combine cake mix and sugar in a large mixing bowl; add next 5 ingredients.
Beat at medium speed with mixer 6 minutes.
Stir in poppy seed.
Pour batter into a 10-cup Bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan; drizzle with Lemon Glaze and cool completely.
