Mix all cake ingredients in electric mixer bowl and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean and loaves are golden brown.
Leave loaves in pan and prick all over with a toothpick.
