Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Lemon Poppy Seed Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 c. hot water, 1/2 c. corn oil, 1/4 c. poppy seed and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine all the ingredients, except the poppy seed, in a bowl. Beat with a mixer for 4 minutes.
Add poppy seed and stir in with a spoon.
Spray bread pans with Pam.
Pour batter into 2 regular or 4 small bread pans.
Do not fill more than halfway (you will have a little left over).
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
