Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. flour, pinch or two salt, 6 tbsp. cold water and 3 or 4 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In iron skillet, mix the sugar, flour and salt.
Add the cold water, mixing well to make a paste.
Add the egg yolks; mix well. Add juice of lemons; mix well.
Cut up the butter or margarine. Add 1 cup boiling water, stirring well.
Add another cup of boiling water, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick.
Remove from fire; let set 5 minutes.
Beat well.
Let cool and pour into baked pie shell.
