Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. oleo, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Blend together flour, oleo and nuts.
Press in 10 x 10 x 3-inch pan (square).
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
Beat together cheese and sugar and fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled crust.
Mix together pudding and milk. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
Pour over cheese 1 layer and top with 1 cup Cool Whip.
Chill 30 minutes or until firm.
