Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 4 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 egg yolks and 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick.
Beat egg yolks slightly.
Add a bit of the cooked mixture to egg yolks and continue on so the egg yolks don't cook and get stringy.
Add fresh lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
Cook 1 minute.
Pour into a cooled, baked pastry shell.
