Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice or 1 lemon, squeezed, 3 tbsp. water, 1 c. sugar, divided and 1 baked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

(beaten) in top of double boiler.
Add lemon juice and peel, water and 1/2 cup sugar gradually. Cook over hot water until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from hot water. Beat whites until stiff.
Beat in remaining 1/2 cup sugar and beat until glossy.
Fold 1/2 egg whites into egg mixture.
