Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water, 2 tbsp. butter and 4 beaten egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together cornstarch, sugar and boiling water and stir well.
Place over medium heat and boil until it thickens.
Add butter, egg yolks, salt, lemon juice and grated rind of lemon. Cook three minutes, then pour into a baked shell.
