Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, juice of 1 1/2 lemons, grated rind of 1 lemon, 1 c. sugar and 2 heaping tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Beat egg yolks until thick.

Add lemon juice and rind.

Add sugar, flour and salt.

Blend together and add evaporated milk and melted butter.

Beat egg whites until dry.

Fold into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

Reduce to 325° for 30 minutes.
