Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 tbsp. flour, speck of salt and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Add boiling water, stirring constantly.
Boil slowly 10 minutes.
Stir in egg yolk and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add lemon juices and rind.
Fill baked crust; cover with meringue. Bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes.
Can use whipped cream instead of meringue.
