Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, 3 eggs, separated, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 pie shell, baked and 6 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat slowly the milk, egg yolks and lemon juice.
Wash beaters.
Now, beat the egg whites slowly, adding 2 tablespoons of sugar per egg white.
Pour lemon mixture into baked pie shell. Top with egg white mixture.
Brown in 400Β° oven.
