In an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan, combine the package of Butter Buds chives and lemon-pepper seasoning.
Stir in water.
Add the potatoes, toss to coat well.
Bake, uncovered, in 375Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown, stirring at least twice.
