Lemon-Pepper Potatoes
Lemon-Pepper Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 oz. envelope butter buds, 1 tbsp. sliced green onion tops, 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning, 1/4 c. water and 1 lb. small red potatoes (6 to 8), cut into 1-inch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, combine Butter Buds, onion tops and lemon-pepper seasoning. Stir in water.
Add the potatoes.
Toss to coat well. Bake, uncovered, in a 375Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown, stirring twice. Goes great with Tangy Baked Chicken and has no fat.
