Mix cake mix, 1 egg, nuts and margarine.
Put in 9 x 12 pan and press down.
Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla or lemon flavoring.
Spread this on top of cake in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
