Lemon Nut Bread
Lemon Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream margarine, 1 cup sugar and eggs together well.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk and flour mixture alternately to margarine mixture.
Add nuts and lemon rind.
Mix and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour in greased and floured pan.
When done, poke top with a toothpick.
Add lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar and pour over top.
