Lemon Lush
Lemon Lush is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo or shortening, 1 c. nuts, chopped fine, 1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature, 3 c. whipping cream or similar whip and 4 pkg. instant lemon pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix oleo and flour together as for a pie.
Add nuts.
Press mixture on bottom of pie pans.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes. Cool.
Whip together cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup whipping cream. Spread on cooled baked pie crusts.
Add remaining whipping cream to pudding and milk; spread over cheese mixture.
Refrigerate for several hours, then serve.
