Lemon Love Notes
Lemon Love Notes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted, 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. sugar and 2 tsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix butter, 1 cup flour and confectioners sugar.
Press into ungreased 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until golden.
Cool in pan or rack.
Combine sugar, 2 teaspoons flour and baking powder.
Add eggs, lemon juice and peel.
This will pour evenly over baked, cooled mixture in square pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Cool in pan on rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
