Lemon Loaf
Lemon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with margarine with granulated sugar.
In large bowl, combine first ingredients.
Mix margarine, milk, eggs and peel until smooth.
Add margarine mix to flour mix; stir just until flour moistened.
Pour into
45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
