Lemon Loaf
Lemon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine or butter, 2 c. granulated sugar, 4 eggs, 1 lemon and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream margarine; add sugar and eggs and beat.
Grate lemon rind and add to the mixture.
Blend in buttermilk alternately with dry ingredients.
