Lemon Loaf
Lemon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. white flour and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and sugar.
Fold in flour, milk, baking powder, salt and zest of 1 lemon.
Spray 1 medium loaf pan with Pam.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
