Lemon Jello Salad
Lemon Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. lemon jello, 8 marshmallows, 2 bananas and 1 medium size can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Stir jello until dissolved in the boiling water.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add bananas.
Let set until firm.
Mix sugar, flour, egg yolk, pineapple juice and butter and cook until thick.
Let cool and beat in one small Cool Whip. Spread on jello.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
