Lemon Jello Cake
Lemon Jello Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix, 3/4 c. salad oil and 4 eggs (one at a time), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water; mix and cool.
Mix the cake mix, oil and eggs (one at a time); mix well.
Blend in cooled Jell-O.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Turn oven down to 300° and bake for another 30 minutes.
While cake is still hot, prick with a fork.
