Lemon Icebox Pudding
Lemon Icebox Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, rind and juice of 2 lemons, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix all ingredients except milk.
Put in refrigerator and thicken.
Have milk frozen in ice tray until thick.
Whip frozen milk and fold in jello.
Put vanilla wafers, crushed, in bottom of pan or dish and pour filling over that, then sprinkle some crushed crumbs over top of pie.
Keep in refrigerator.
