Lemon Icebox Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can carnation milk, chilled, 1 c. sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 1 pkg. lemon jello and crumb crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup of hot water.
Beat milk and sugar until it stand in peaks (beat milk first, then add sugar). Add jello; mix well.
Pour into crumb crust and chill.
Makes 2 large pies.
