Lemon Icebox Dessert
Lemon Icebox Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. skim milk, 1/2 tub crystal light lemonade mix (dry), 1 large box vanilla sugar-free instant pudding (dry), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cool whip and 6 graham cracker squares (3-inch), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Layer graham crackers in bottom of 8 x 8 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, stir pudding and lemonade powder, then add milk and mix on low speed with hand mixer.
Add three-fourths of the fat-free Cool Whip.
Pour mixture on graham crackers and top with remaining fat-free Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
