Lemon Grape-Nuts Pudding

Beat whites until stiff.
Cream together the butter, rind and sugar.
Add and mix well the yolks, flour, Grape-Nuts, lemon juice and milk.
Fold in beaten whites.
Pour into a 5-cup soufflé dish. Set in a pan of hot water.
Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
