Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. lemon jello, 3/4 c. hot water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can chilled evaporated milk and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add sugar; cool until syrupy, then beat until fluffy.
Whip the chilled evaporated milk.
Add the lemon juice.
Fold into first mixture.

Line pan with crumb mixture.
Add jello mixture.
Refrigerate until set.
