Lemon Fluff
Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can carnation evaporated milk, 1 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 3/4 c. hot water, 1/4 c. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put milk in refrigerator until icy cold.
Dissolve jello in hot water until partially set.
Whip it.
Add lemon juice, rind, sugar and pineapple.
Whip chilled milk until stiff.
Fold in jello mixture.
Line pan with 1/2 crumbs.
Pour mixture on this. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
