Lemon Extract Cake

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, beating them well.
Add lemon extract.
Add sifted dry ingredients and cream mixture.
Add fruits and nuts (flour lightly), using about 1/3 cup cake flour. Bake in loaf pan at 300Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or bake in tube pan 2 1/2 hours.
