Lemon Drops

Cream butter to soften; then thoroughly cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs, lemon peel and vanilla; beat well.
Sift together flour, salt and soda; add alternately with lemon juice. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with tinted sugar.
Bake in moderate oven set at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
