Lemon Delicacy
Lemon Delicacy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg yolks, flour, lemon juice, rind and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased casserole and set dish in pan of water.
Bake 45 minutes at 325Β°.
May be served warm or cold, with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
