Lemon Cups
Lemon Cups is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury sugar refrigerated cookie dough (small log) and 1 can lemon pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Put 1 teaspoon of dough in nonstick mini cupcake tins.
Form dough at bottom and around the inside of the tin.
Bake 9 to 13 minutes according to the package.
At around 5 to 7 minutes, use a teaspoon to push the dough down in the center of the cupcake.
This is important, otherwise, you will not be able to spoon in the lemon pie filling.
Let cool in pan for 20 to 30 minutes, then remove.
Makes 3 dozen.
Cupcake tins say bake at 325°, so that's what I do.
