Lemon Cups
Lemon Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 5 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend sugar, flour and salt.
Add to melted butter.
Add lemon juice and lemon rind.
Add egg yolks and milk; stir well.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into buttered custard cups.
Place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly brown on top.
Remove from pan.
Cool and refrigerate.
